AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Declutter GTA provides junk removal and cleaning services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing is provided upon quote request. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept cash and card payments.

LIABILITY

Declutter GTA is fully insured. We are not responsible for items left behind by customers or for damage caused by customer negligence. All items removed are presumed to be discardable unless explicitly marked otherwise.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service. Cancellations with less notice may incur fees.
